At Think Thrive Academy, we strive to provide a seamless and rewarding learning experience for our users. We understand that circumstances may arise where you need to cancel your education package purchase. Therefore, we have established the following cancellation policy to address your needs:

1. Refund Eligibility:

1.1. Customers are eligible for a full Re-imbursement if they cancel their education package within one (1) week from the date of purchase.

1.2. Refund requests made after the one-week period will not be eligible for consideration.

2. How to Request a Refund:

2.1. To initiate a refund request, customers must send an email to support@thinkthriveacademy.com within the one-week period.

2.2. In the email, include your full name, contact information, and the reason for the cancellation.

3. Refund Processing:

3.1. Once we receive your refund request, we will review it and respond within 5 business days.

3.2. If your request is approved, the refund will be processed using the original method of payment within 7 business days.
